On November 5, the STA (Saskatchewan Trucking Association) presented its Driver of the Year Award to Dmitri Zaremba. Due to COVID-19, the award was given through an online presentation, so we all missed out on the handshakes and the well-wishes. Nevertheless, the virtual presentation was a proud moment for Dmitri.

Dmitri is an Owner-Operator on Fleet T1 operating long combination vehicles. He has accumulated over 2.3 million consecutive accident free miles with Bison and more than half of those safe miles while operating with 2 trailers. What safety advice did Dmitri give when receiving his 2 million mile safe driving award with Bison? “Be cautious, polite, and respectful.”
