Simple to complete, only a few minutes of your time. Drivers receive a notification roughly 5 minutes after the cross-border trip is completed with a link to click on. When you click the link from the Herd2Go app notification, it will open a new window in your browser.
An easy rating out of 5 stars on how satisfied you are with the trip you just completed.
If you cannot give us more than 3 stars, there will be options presented for you to give us a bit more information on where we could have improved: Mileage, Planning, Customer or Border Delays, Mechanical or Other.
Your feedback will not be anonymous, and it will be collected so that your respective operations group is able to reach out to you if needed and take action to improve your experience.
