Congratulations to our Drivers of the Month for April 2022. The Drivers of the Month are awarded a $250 Mastercard Gift Card and are now eligible to win the prestigious Driver of the Year award which earns bragging rights and $2,500 cash. Winners are selected based on the following criteria:
Konstantin has been a solidly reliable Driver who is enjoyable to work with. He has been consistently increasing his miles and meets his required days out. Konstantin is always willing to help out his team with loads and LTL, and has been a good team member. Thank you for truly understanding the meaning of One Bison, Konstantin!
Rajpal is a valued member of the Bison team. He hits and often exceeds his target miles per month, has a positive attitude, and is always willing to help out. Recently Rajpal helped cover an urgent load to Utah. He was called at the last minute and agreed to change his schedule in order to be able to help Bison. Rajpal has 125,000 safe driving miles. Thank you for all of your efforts, Rajpal!
Hart is a valuable member of the W05 team. He has helped Bison immensely this month by first getting a ride from Kelowna to Calgary, then working on relocating tractors back to Kelowna and Langley. This has enabled Drivers who are new to Bison to get into their truck on day one with ease and no stress. As a result of Hart’s efforts and willingness to help, the new Drivers are put on the right path on their first day, with a clean truck that is ready to leave from their home terminal. Thank you for being a great team player, Hart!
