The John Martin Memorial Scholarship(s) are awarded annually to dependents of Bison Transport employees and/or students currently working at Bison who are pursuing Post-Secondary education. We would like to thank everyone who submitted an application. Recipients were notified by end of August.

John Martin Memorial Scholarship
In memory of our leader, John Martin, Bison Transport is offering scholarships to dependents of our employees and/or current employees who are working in a temporary, short term capacity either as a summer student or as part of a "co-op" program and pursuing post-secondary education. John started with Bison in 1990 when we only had 18 tractors, yet he quickly became a mentor and inspirational leader. John was the catalyst for our rapid growth and for fostering a culture based on the aggressive pursuit of success.
The Bison Transport - John Martin Memorial Scholarship(s) are awarded annually to deserving students pursuing Post-Secondary education. Preference will be given to those disciplines with specific focus and relevance to the transportation industry (e.g. Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Heavy Equipment Technicians, etc.).
Application Period: June 1st to July 15th
