Congratulations to our Drivers of the Month for May 2022. The Drivers of the Month are awarded a $250 Mastercard Gift Card and are now eligible to win the prestigious Driver of the Year award which earns bragging rights and $2,500 cash. Winners are selected based on the following criteria:
Gurpreet is had one of the highest mileages on fleet E05 last month. He is always willing to help and utilizes his hours very efficiently. Gurpreet also does a lot of what are considered challenging loads. Thank you for being a great team player, Gurpreet!
Kulwinder is consistent with his mile’s month to month. He loves to cover NC runs but is open to whatever is available and will cover off all lanes’ Bison runs. Kulwinder is always working with his fleet dispatcher and fleet manager if there’s any discrepancies or if timings don’t match with his times and appointment. He gives dispatch a heads up and keeps the LOS on a good spot. Thank you for all of your efforts, Kulwinder!
Shannon’s total team Bison commitment shines for all Drivers whether it is her online support answering questions on Facebook, offering encouragement to Drivers facing challenges or her obvious love of training new Drivers so they make the transition to a safe Bison driving career.
