Congratulations to our Drivers of the Month for January 2022. The Drivers of the Month are awarded a $250 Mastercard Gift Card and are now eligible to win the prestigious Driver of the Year award which earns bragging rights and $2,500 cash. Winners are selected based on the following criteria:
Gurinder is a hard worker, often arriving at his deliveries early. He enjoys running hard but safely, often using all his available hours to run. He has a great attitude towards putting as many safe miles into his week as he can. Gurinder is generally a top performer in the fleet!
Lehal is a very reliable and consistent Driver for Bison. His performance, month after month, far exceeds his obligations to Bison. He is very polite and respectful in all interactions with his fleet, and is dedicated to providing exceptional Level of Service (LOS) for our customers. He always updates dispatch with his moves and sends in the required paperwork. He minimizes questions to, and assistance from, his fleet by solving most issues himself.
Lehal has had 3 safety awards for 125K, 250K, and 500K miles. He was nominated for Driver of the Month in Feb, April, October, November and December last year.
Harwinder is a valuable member of the W02 fleet. He has a positive attitude, is willing to help out in any situation, and covers loads his fleet may be struggling to cover without concern. He hits his target miles every month and truly looks for any ways he can help the business.
Harwinder is a credit to Bison and is a joy to work with and a great example to the rest of the fleet.
