Congratulations to our Drivers of the Month for February 2022. The Drivers of the Month are awarded a $250 Mastercard Gift Card and are now eligible to win the prestigious Driver of the Year award which earns bragging rights and $2,500 cash. Winners are selected based on the following criteria:
Harjit consistently strives to meet his miles per month target. He was able to accomplish the goals for the Drive To The Finish campaign, while at the same time assisting his planners with any pick up/deliveries that were scheduled at the last minute. Harjit has shown that he is willing to work through weekends, at times, and started early on multiple occasions to cover meat loads, including ones that were going to the Bronx. Thank you for your amazing contribution to Bison, Harjit!
Sergey is a very dedicated and hardworking Driver. He meets his target miles per month, and is always willing to lend a helping hand. Whatever the situation may be, Sergey maintains a positive attitude, and works with his Bison team to find possible solutions. Every time Sergey comes in the office he brings his positive attitude and brightens peoples day. Sergey has also reached 1,000,000 consecutive safe driving miles. Thank you for what you do, and who you are, Sergey!
Nory is a consistent over achiever on his fleet. He can be counted on to start a day early if the freight coverage is needed. He always meets his required days out, and he has had no service failures since 2019. Nory is a top performer on the W01 fleet, and is more than deserving to be Driver of the Month. Wow! Well done, Nory!
