East

Abdul Q Rao

RAOA01

Abdul goes above and beyond for our internal and external customers. His communication with dispatchers and planners has been efficient, and after going on the JPC program, has been productive with his performance. He is one of the Drivers who completes the moves quickly and efficiently and communicates back. He does not waste time at any cost and is self-motivated to figure solutions to the problems that may arise daily in his day.

Central

Jason Hrycyk

HRYJ01

Night dispatch had discovered a load that was missed and had not been planned for delivery. This was discovered around midnight CST and the load was due to deliver at 0200 SK time. After checking with city dispatch and ABL, who did not have anyone available to make delivery, our Nights team looked to see if there were any pike options. In effort to try to rescue the load, they called Jason to see if he could do this before he went out on his scheduled run. He's a 0100 departure out of Regina. He happened to be in the yard early this day and agreed to run this load over before he went out on his schedule. Jason agreed to do this without hesitation, he understood the importance of getting this to the customer on time. Jason is always more than willing to help out in a pinch. He's always flexible in his start time to start early to help service freight on time. He's always willing to make the extra stops to deliver a load to a customer, whether it's something along the way back to Regina from Maple Creek or a load once he gets back into Regina. Jason is always more than happy to help out where he can to ensure out freight services on time.

West

Gurbhej Singh

Gurbhej is a constant top miler on the fleet, he always calls out any issues with trailers, is proactive on plans to ensure no delays and is willing to help out with any issue that arises.   Definitely a great Driver and a role model for Drivers coming into the business.
