Congratulations to our Drivers of the Month for May, 2020. The Drivers of the Month are awarded a $250 VISA Gift Card and are now eligible to win the prestigious Driver of the Year award which earns bragging rights and $2,500 cash. Winners are selected based on the following criteria:
Waqar is a safe and polite Bison Driver. He is a pleasure to work with. He fully supports the Herd2Go app and never refuses any load assignments he has been sent. He is always on time and does not call in just before schedule to say he is not working.
Jaspreet is very dedicated and is always looking for ways to help out, he even looked for a way to donate via Bison toward a COVID relief fund. Jaspreet goes out of his way every day to be very pleasant and work with his team mates.
Dharminder has always been very reliable and showed very professional behaviour. He has never refused freight. This past month there has been many last minute changes to his plans. He always says "Don't worry, it will be done" and does whatever the ask is for. He is a true team player as he understands the business and tried to do what he can at his end. He even agreed to do long-haul trips once or twice a month when needed. He said "I don't like going to California, but if you need something covered, don't worry - plan me on it and I will do it".
