Congratulations to our Drivers of the Month for December 2021. The Drivers of the Month are awarded a $250 Mastercard Gift Card and are now eligible to win the prestigious Driver of the Year award which earns bragging rights and $2,500 cash. Winners are selected based on the following criteria:
Chris is always very helpful, he is happy to do whatever is needed of him as a Driver. He enjoys his work, and is always super friendly with other staff. Chris is almost never late on loads. Overall, he is a great Driver to have on our fleet.
Every month, Murray proves that he is a great asset to the Bison team. Murray has a positive attitude, is willing to help out in any situation, and covers loads when asked without concern. He reaches his target miles per month and truly looks for any way he can help to improve our business. Murray has a great relationship with all the office staff and always looks to brighten people’s days when he is in the building on his reset. Murray has recently covered several loads to Laredo ,TX. without any issues.. He will gladly change his plans at the last minute to accommodate his fleet team’s needs.
Parvir is a valuable member of fleet W02 in the west. When the highways collapsed in B.C., he was the first Driver on the fleet to volunteer to become U.S. qualified in order to take in-transit loads through the U.S. Before this happened in B.C., he was consistently reaching his monthly target miles or more, achieving between 12,200-13,400 miles a month. Since starting in-transit he is still working very hard and will likely achieve the December target. Parvir is a credit to Bison. He is a joy to work with and sets a great example for the rest of the fleet.
