Congratulations to our Drivers of the Month for December 2020. The Drivers of the Month are awarded a $250 Mastercard Gift Card and are now eligible to win the prestigious Driver of the Year award which earns bragging rights and $2,500 cash. Winners are selected based on the following criteria:
Darrin has consistently been one of the highest-mile Drivers on Fleet E06. The Expedited Planning team believes he is one of their most reliable options. Darrin is always flexible and ready to help, whether he is asked to start earlier or later, he makes sure loads are covered on a timely basis. He sets an example for all Drivers, and we thank him for his efforts.
Carrin is one of our most solid, reliable company Drivers. She is a team player who exhibits patience and her positive attitude is greatly appreciated by her fleet team. She is always willing to lend a hand and gets the job done. She is understanding when there is a change to her plans like an important meat inspection. She had also won a Charging Ahead award this month for helping a fellow Driver through a difficult situation. Thank you Carrin, for all you do.
When a new fleet manager took over fleet W02 in August, Harwinder took the initiative to speak with them. He said "If you ever need help, or a plan covered, please let me know". He didn’t care what it was, he made it very clear that he would be willing to help. We have since seen that he looks out for our Business and other Drivers. No matter what needs to be done, Harwinder will get it done with a 110% effort and a smile. Harwinder even sacrificed losing miles (and therefore, money) to ensure a very important customer’s (Coca-Cola) load was covered every day. Thank you for your dedication, Harwinder!
