In this campaign we focused on improving efficiencies by $15M over the course of the campaign. We focused on external buying efficiencies and internal productivity/efficiency improvements that all contribute to the overall WAR.
We entered this campaign in a softening market and we were further challenged by the unforeseen and unprecedented pandemic. To say we responded, is an understatement. While we are short of our overall target, the efforts, ingenuity deployed, and overall commitment to the 4DX process have delivered over $10.5 million in overall efficiencies to the business.
